About the role
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the marketing systems architecture, including HubSpot, Salesforce integration, and core tooling
Own lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing to drive consistent lead management across Marketing and Sales
Own marketing performance reporting, building a clear and reliable view of funnel performance and pipeline
Partner with BizOps to define and scale reporting infrastructure (e.g., Hex) and ensure data is accurate and actionable
Own and standardize how campaigns are executed, tracked, and measured across digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs
Ensure consistent campaign structure and data quality to support accurate reporting and performance analysis
Define and uphold data governance, segmentation, and database health across marketing systems
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to align on processes, definitions, and priorities
Requirements
6-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role
Experience building and scaling marketing operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce
Strong understanding of lifecycle management, lead scoring, and marketing data models
Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and outcomes
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
