Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Solutions Consultants as their dedicated project-management partner, providing clear specifications and context while managing administrative workflows.
- Translate technical progress, data challenges, and migration results into clear business narratives for client stakeholders.
- Lead regular client status calls, communicate project health, present successful data loads, and manage expectations regarding timelines and data discrepancies.
- Facilitate information flow between clients and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately scoped and technical constraints are clearly explained.
- Oversee a portfolio of simultaneous projects, prioritizing effectively and coordinating with the Data Solutions team on resource availability.
- Identify and drive improvements to communication workflows between Project Management and Data Solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, finance, or consulting.
- Strong record of managing client relationships and communicating complex project updates.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and manage difficult conversations about timelines or scope.
- Strong understanding of financial products and securities modeling.
- Creative problem-solving skills, ownership, and accountability in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and global stakeholders.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring work from the Pune office 3 days per week.
- UK shift: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
