Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of servicing clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee servicing operations, issue resolution, escalations, approvals, deliverables, and operational risk indicators.
- Coordinate servicing transfers, including onboarding, offboarding, client communications, data validation, reconciliation, boarding, exception management, timeline tracking, and operational readiness.
- Partner with servicing operations, legal, compliance, finance, leadership, and third-party providers.
- Drive process improvements, servicing strategies, corrective actions, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, servicing trends, invoices, fees, reporting, and exception items.
- Review servicing agreements and operational requirements to identify risks and implementation needs.
- Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, findings, and recommendations to leadership and clients.
- Support client onboarding, integration activities, operational reviews, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, client management, servicing operations, manufactured housing finance, or related financial services.
- Experience in client-facing servicing, portfolio oversight, or operational management.
- Strong understanding of servicing operations, loan portfolios, payment processing, escrow administration, servicing transfers, and customer servicing workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory servicing requirements and operational compliance standards.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Experience using Excel, business intelligence platforms, AI-assisted tools, and operational analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.

- Experience managing or coordinating servicing transfers.
- Manufactured housing, consumer finance, or specialty servicing experience.
- Familiarity with manufactured housing finance and servicing operations.
