Responsibilities
- Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, including launch workflows, review processes, cross-functional coordination, and retrospectives.
- Lead the New Grad Product Manager Rotational Program by coordinating rotations, partnering with managers and leadership, and evolving the program.
- Build and own Product Manager onboarding through programming, documentation, peer connections, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Product Culture programming, including internal rituals, external events, and thought leadership, in partnership with Product, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or a similar cross-functional role, ideally supporting product or engineering organizations in a high-growth technology company.
- Track record of owning cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to design repeatable operating mechanisms.
- Continuous-improvement mindset and ability to simplify, accelerate, and improve programs.
- Excellent judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Product mindset focused on understanding user needs, measuring outcomes, iterating, and improving experiences.
- Bias toward action paired with sound judgment.
Compensation
- US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $121,700–$152,100 base salary.
- US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $109,500–$136,900 base salary.
- Canadian employees: 115,000 CAD–143,700 CAD base salary.
- Total rewards include base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits.
- Offers are based on experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity.
