Responsibilities
Work with Product and Sales to define target audiences and craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Navan’s capabilities in the market.
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Partner with Enablement and Field teams to develop tools, training, and resources that enhance their ability to sell Navan’s products effectively.
Create a variety of marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and blog posts that highlight the value of Navan’s capabilities. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to align on product strategy and execution.
Requirements
6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within AI, travel, SaaS, and/or tech, with a track record of launching and growing B2B products.
Demonstrated ability to use AI across product marketing workflows, including research, messaging development, content creation, launch planning, and operational optimization, to improve speed, quality, and impact.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including across multiple time zones.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into customer benefits and compelling marketing messages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and creating engaging content. The ability to write well is essential.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
