Responsibilities
- Work with Product and Sales to define target audiences and craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Navan’s capabilities in the market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Partner with Enablement and Field teams to develop tools, training, and resources that enhance their ability to sell Navan’s products effectively.
- Create a variety of marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and blog posts that highlight the value of Navan’s capabilities. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to align on product strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within AI, travel, SaaS, and/or tech, with a track record of launching and growing B2B products.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI across product marketing workflows, including research, messaging development, content creation, launch planning, and operational optimization, to improve speed, quality, and impact.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including across multiple time zones.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into customer benefits and compelling marketing messages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and creating engaging content. The ability to write well is essential.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
