Program Lead, Onboarding & Certification

Responsibilities

• Track and support validation of AV partner Learning Management System (LMS) qualifications, ensuring required certifications are completed and resolving outstanding gaps with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and provisioning for new team members, including background checks, drug testing, and partner account provisioning; escalate issues as needed.
• Support partner account and equipment access so team members can begin work without delay.
• Manage day-to-day partner-related escalations, resolving issues within established practices and coordinating actionable next steps with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate inclusive, well-organized meetings; document decisions and action plans, follow up on commitments, and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Help create and maintain program-wide policies and processes for training, certification, and development.
• Maintain communication pathways between AV team members and the broader Flexdrive and Lyft organization.
• Execute daily tasks with guidance, identify process improvements, and deliver accurate results with urgency.
• Provide clear, concise, data-driven project updates and status reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting projects or initiatives from ideation through completion.
• Experience helping define, document, and provide guidance on processes.
• Experience supporting onboarding, certification tracking, or provisioning processes, with strong attention to compliance and detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and support difficult stakeholder decisions.
• Proficiency with dashboards, data analysis, metrics, and Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Nice-to-Haves

• Interest or experience in partner-facing program management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, technology, or complex external partnership environments.
• Experience delivering strong partner and team member experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $59,040–$73,800 annually for the Nashville area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
