Responsibilities
- Guide customers through implementation journey with Routeware solutions, focused initially on Routeware Elements software.
- Gather and analyze waste management and street maintenance data.
- Build and validate models.
- Interact with customers to ensure best quality of service.
- Deliver operational routes with documentation.
- Consult with clients on solutions to accommodate current and future business needs.
- Complete system configurations to meet business requirements.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Present results to customers on a regular basis.
- Cross-train with all products to implement the entire suite of offerings.
Requirements
- 3 years working experience as an Implementation Consultant or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong Microsoft Excel-based analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and with peers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including delivering effective presentations.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with waste management or street maintenance data.
- Cross-functional product knowledge across Routeware's suite.
