About the role

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and new hire readiness: Manage end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires, host weekly 1:1s with learners, ensure timely completion of learning milestones, partner with managers through weekly learner progress reviews, coordinate learner access to systems/resources/mentors/tools, monitor onboarding health and address roadblocks.
  • Design modern learning experiences: Design scalable learning paths combining self-paced content, knowledge checks, AI role plays, and certifications; develop engaging digital learning assets including training videos, assessments, and learner scorecards; partner with leadership to identify role-specific needs, prioritize initiatives, and translate business objectives into training programs; continuously improve curriculum based on feedback, priorities, and performance data.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate content creation: Execute end-to-end content production using AI platforms (draft from technical docs, create slides/voiceover, QC, publish in LMS); evaluate and adopt new AI-enabled learning technologies.
  • Manage certifications and ongoing enablement: Build certification programs for proficiency in messaging, product knowledge, objection handling, and scenarios; partner with leadership on success criteria and readiness evaluation; maintain records and communicate progress.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness: Track completion, certifications, engagement, and adoption; deliver recurring reports and insights to leadership; recommend improvements based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

What you bring

  • Preferred: 6+ years in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
  • 3+ years direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, methodologies (Challenger, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC), and buyer's journey.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with track record of setting/achieving metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and instructional design; building scalable digital learning programs in LMS; leveraging AI coaching, simulations, assessments, and sales content libraries.
  • Strong instructional design skills to translate complex technical concepts into engaging experiences.
  • Ability to lead with passion and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
