Responsibilities
- Build and deliver development programs that improve Sales and Customer Success manager effectiveness, including forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, sales methodology, coaching, performance management, business reviews, and accountability.
- Own the learning strategy and reinforcement of the company’s B2B sales methodology across discovery, qualification, deal strategy, multi-threading, platform selling, negotiation, expansion, and close.
- Create role-based development programs for Revenue roles beyond initial onboarding and address capability gaps across seller and leadership career stages.
- Embed AI into learning and performance workflows through personalized practice, call and deal coaching, simulations, reinforcement, manager insights, and role-specific experiences.
- Partner with GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue leadership, and Talent & Organization Design.
- Develop manager coaching guides, inspection frameworks, practice routines, certifications, and other reinforcement mechanisms.
- Manage external development partners and programs, integrating them into the broader Revenue development strategy and measuring their effectiveness.
- Define and measure outcomes such as manager behavior, seller capability, productivity, pipeline performance, conversion, ramp, methodology adoption, and business impact.
- Diagnose whether development, process, technology, management reinforcement, or another intervention will address Revenue performance problems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement/readiness, sales effectiveness, or revenue leadership development within a high-performing Revenue organization.
- Track record of upskilling frontline Sales and/or Customer Success leaders and improving manager behavior or business performance.
- Deep knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, coaching, performance accountability, and business reviews.
- Hands-on experience implementing, facilitating, or reinforcing a B2B sales methodology.
- Strong understanding of discovery, qualification, multi-threading, executive engagement, value selling, negotiation, and expansion.
- Experience applying AI to sales enablement, coaching, learning, or revenue workflows.
- Experience building role-based development programs beyond new-hire onboarding.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, executive communication, and program management skills.
- Experience working with frontline managers and senior Revenue leaders.
- Experience managing external training or development partners and measuring investment value.
- Ability to use performance data, field observations, and business metrics to identify capability gaps and prioritize interventions.

- Experience in SaaS, HR technology, PEO, fintech, or another multi-product B2B environment.
Compensation
- Base wage: $121,000–$151,000 per year for the New York City office.
