Senior Field Enablement Business Partner

The Senior Field Enablement Business Partner designs and delivers strategic enablement programs for Global Customer Services, using performance data, adult learning principles, and modern enablement technology to improve productivity and revenue effectiveness. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and is based remotely in select Canadian provinces.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Customer Services leadership to analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data, identify skill gaps, and define competencies for targeted enablement solutions.
  • Facilitate interactive virtual instructor-led and in-person enablement sessions for specific field roles and audiences.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute Global Customer Services enablement roadmaps, including pre- and post-program evaluation and long-term adoption.
  • Partner with the Learning Experience Design team to establish learning objectives grounded in adult learning theory and measurable business outcomes.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and propose data-backed updates, fresh content, internal knowledge-base improvements, and weekly enablement communications.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor products to help field teams differentiate Twilio effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total experience in services or sales enablement, services or sales operations, or direct professional services experience.
  • 3+ years in a strategic enablement or business partner role.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable performance impact and return on investment through field enablement programs.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales and services cycle within SaaS or complex enterprise technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot and Gong, learning management systems, and customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of adult learning theory and frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable enablement initiatives and influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to build trust across global matrixed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Remote role based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
  • Approximately 15–25% travel anticipated.
  • Estimated salary: CAD $120,640.00–$150,800.00.
  • Target bonus: 15%.
