Revenue Enablement Lead
Leads the strategy and execution of onboarding programs for Zocdoc’s revenue organization, guiding new hires from initial training to independent productivity. The role requires 5–8+ years of enablement or related experience, strong instructional design and analytics capabilities, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities
- Own onboarding programs across the Revenue organization, including New Business, Account Management, SMB, and Enterprise.
- Partner with Revenue Leadership to define onboarding goals, ramp benchmarks, and governance models.
- Design role-specific onboarding journeys from day one through independent productivity.
- Build and maintain onboarding playbooks covering curriculum, learning objectives, certifications, manager responsibilities, and success milestones.
- Design blended learning experiences including instructor-led training, self-paced content, practice, coaching, and manager enablement.
- Build reporting frameworks to track learner and business outcomes, using data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement program changes that accelerate ramp, improve readiness, and increase program efficacy.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on onboarding strategy and influence decisions with business data, learner insights, and performance trends.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, or a related field.
- Experience designing and owning onboarding or capability development programs at scale.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise.
- Experience partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Track record of using business performance data to inform program strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate tasks, foster innovation, and improve productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, learning management systems such as Articulate, enablement technologies, and learning analytics.

Compensation
- NYC base salary range: $120,700–$150,000 USD.
- Certain positions may also be eligible for variable pay and/or equity.
