Responsibilities
- Build new pipeline and drive revenue across assigned EMEA territory from NYC
- Develop deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and position Hex as a strategic solution in regional contexts
- Partner with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos tailored to EMEA prospects
- Manage full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and close, while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to provide feedback informed by EMEA customer needs and market dynamics
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts for territory
- Contribute to go-to-market learnings as Hex scales internationally
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role, ideally selling technical software in the data, DS/ML, or analytics space
- Comfortable selling to customers across multiple EMEA markets, cultures, and time zones
- Able to understand and clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Speak confidently about challenges data practitioners face in day-to-day workflows
- Passionate and curious about the data & analytics space
- Capable of managing a large pipeline of complex opportunities
- Capable of or willing to learn basic SQL
- Enjoy working cross-functionally and partnering with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing
- Thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Love giving and receiving feedback and contributing to a strong team culture
- Based in NYC
Note: Regular collaboration with EMEA teams may require meetings outside standard US Eastern Time hours. Occasional international travel (up to 10%) may be required.
Compensation
OTE: $250,000 (includes market-benched salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, flexible paid time off)
