Mid-market Account Executive
Own the enterprise sales cycle for an AI code-review product, building strategic customer relationships and shaping go-to-market programs. The role requires account executive experience, technical fluency with developer products, and a record of success in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close across technical and economic buyers.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships with top software organizations.
- Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate technical fluency in the AI and code review space.
- Partner with founders, engineers, and product teams to feed customer insights into product direction.
- Shape and refine the go-to-market motion, including expansion, pricing, and outbound playbooks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account executive experience.
- 1+ years of BDR/SDR experience.
- Prior experience at an early-stage AI company, preferably Series A to C.
- Strong technical fluency and experience selling to engineers, including explaining APIs, code integrations, and model behaviors.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and first-principles thinking.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling developer tools, MLOps, security, or developer productivity products.
- Experience with bottoms-up adoption funnels.
- Previous founder, early operator, or first sales hire experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed salary range: $250,000–$340,000.
- The role is in person full-time for the first eight weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office.
