About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations for our finance product suite
  • Program manage product launches - create enablement materials, run training sessions, manage rollout timelines
  • Own the customer feedback loop - synthesize data from Gong, support tickets, and surveys to drive product improvements
  • Lead compliance projects for finance and insurance offerings
  • Manage ongoing customer engagements and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in implementation management, customer success, or engagement management for B2B SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, or property management operations
  • Track record working in heavily regulated industries
  • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Strong communication skills - can work with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in-office in NYC 4-5 days/week
