Conducts high-volume scientific outreach to oncologists and surgeons, presenting clinical evidence and converting interest into orders, early access participation, or qualified sales opportunities. Requires a PhD, MD, or PharmD, strong oncology expertise, persuasive communication, and comfort with commercial goals.

Responsibilities
- Own outbound scientific engagement with high-priority oncologists and surgeons through personalized email, calls, video meetings, and conference follow-up.
- Present validation data, methodology, and clinical utility evidence fluently, addressing questions about study design, comparators, and guidelines.
- Convert physician interest into first orders or early access participation; pass larger accounts to field sales with full context.
- Feed physician objections and evidence gaps back to clinical and product teams.
- Support field representatives as the on-call scientific closer for challenging accounts.
Requirements
- PhD, MD, or PharmD in a relevant field, ideally related to cancer biology.
- Genuine command of clinical oncology literature and the ability to read and critique trial design.
- Persuasive writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate convincingly with knowledgeable, skeptical audiences.
- Ability to work in a competitive, metric-driven, outcome-oriented environment with quotas and commercial pipeline responsibilities.
- High proficiency in Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to create compelling, clean, data-driven visuals.
