Key Responsibilities
Own SEO / AEO Strategy and Execution: Improve organic search rankings, optimize for AI search/discovery surfaces, and build Concourse’s long-term discoverability.
Run Experiments Across the Growth Stack: Test new campaigns, ideas, partnerships, landing pages, content experiments, viral hooks, outbound messaging, and distribution hacks that accelerate adoption.
Build Community & Events: Organize dinners, roundtables, gatherings, and micro-communities that deepen Concourse’s presence across finance, operations, and AI ecosystems.
Create Compelling Content: Work with founders and GTM to produce high-quality content: case studies, analysis, product updates, playbooks, newsletters, social content, and thought leadership.
Develop Concourse’s Brand & Narrative: Help articulate how AI agents transform finance teams and evangelize Concourse across channels, communities, and customer conversations.
Partner Across GTM: Collaborate with sales and product to design activation flows, improve conversion, and build compelling evaluation journeys.
About You
4+ years in growth, marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles at fast-moving startups
Strong experience running experiments, optimizing funnels, and scaling acquisition channels
Excellent storyteller who can distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Comfortable owning SEO, AEO, content, and organic acquisition strategies
A creator at heart, you enjoy producing content, designing campaigns, and engaging with customers
Event-first mindset, who is excited to run dinners, roundtables, and community programming
Comfortable with technical & AI tools and thinks automation & agents first to scale our GTM operations and lead generation in a lean and AI native way
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and operates with high ownership
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or selling to finance audiences (preferred but not required)
Experience launching 0 to 1 growth motions or self-serve flows (preferred but not required)
Own end-to-end consumer marketing for Hiya's mobile apps, including strategy, acquisition campaigns, ASO, social/community growth, and metrics optimization. Translate consumer insights into B2B operator partnerships. Requires scrappy full-stack B2C marketing experience with strong app growth expertise.
