Responsibilities
- Develop startup-segment positioning and content frameworks across sales, partner, developer, field, and demand-generation programs.
- Drive pipeline and consumption targets through account-based, partner, venture, demand-generation, and field programs.
- Build venture and accelerator relationships that generate portfolio reach, co-marketing activity, qualified opportunities, and pipeline.
- Optimize credits, trials, free tiers, and product-led motions to improve evaluation-to-production conversion and expansion.
- Increase awareness and technical credibility through founder- and engineering-led content, developer channels, community programs, and events.
- Equip go-to-market teams with startup messaging, technical proof points, sales plays, and enablement.
- Develop customer stories, technical content, speaking engagements, and investor or developer events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience marketing technology to startups, developers, or the venture ecosystem, or equivalent startup-building experience.
- Experience owning marketing strategy for a segment, product line, or go-to-market motion with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, and content for complex technical B2B products.
- Technical fluency in modern data and AI architectures, including model providers, agent frameworks, vector search, evaluation tooling, and production workloads.
- Experience building relationships with venture firms, accelerators, incubators, startup communities, customers, or strategic partners.
- Working knowledge of venture-backed company buying dynamics, funding stages, budget and runway pressures, buying authority, and infrastructure and AI platform decisions.
- Experience with product-led and consumption-based growth motions, including self-serve funnels, trials, credits, free tiers, and conversion to committed spend.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and presenting to founders, technical leaders, investors, sales teams, and partners.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS salary range: $130700-$224750 USD.
- The total compensation package may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
