Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts across finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and public-sector industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Conduct 40+ outbound calls and personalized emails daily to engage decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, and business-unit leaders.
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
- Document prospect interactions in Salesforce and maintain a clean, actionable sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns based on prospect feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the product roadmap.
- Run independent sales cycles for smaller opportunities from introduction through close.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead-generation targets in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Native or fluent French speaker.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales-enablement platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize outreach strategies.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, or enterprise software.
- Builder mindset and adaptability in an evolving role.
