Drive acquisition, loyalty, and platform improvements in assigned states through hands-on relationship management, events, and data-driven strategies. Requires 3+ years customer-facing experience.
About the job

- Run acquisition strategies that bring new players onto the platform and get them onboarded and engaged from day one.
- Turn player activity data and feedback into concrete platform improvements and new growth opportunities.
- Own the full player relationship — organizing local events, keeping up regular communication, and resolving escalations when they come up.
- Apply Underdog's VIP policies and guidelines, with responsible gaming as a first principle in every interaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role — sales, account management, or high-touch service in retail or restaurants — where you owned the relationship, not just the transaction.
- Take initiative without being told what to work on, and follow through until there's a result.
- Write and speak clearly, and build real rapport with people you've just met.
- Use data and trends to decide what to do next, not just instinct.
- Can travel within your assigned state and work nights and weekends around games and events.

- Experience in the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
