Revenue Operations Engineer
Build and operate AI-native tools, agents, integrations, and automations that improve go-to-market workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. The role requires 3–5+ years of relevant engineering or operations experience, production AI experience, and strong scripting and systems-integration skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns, including prompt design, retrieval, and evaluations, into production GTM workflows such as CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, and automated outreach.
- Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, and emerging AI-native platforms.
- Build integrations and automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Diagnose gaps in pipeline management, forecasting, sales enablement, and partner operations, prioritizing root-cause solutions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to turn ambiguous requests into measurable tools.
- Own solutions end to end, including prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Implement reliability, evaluation, and data-quality guardrails for production AI features.
- Measure adoption and business impact to guide future development.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or software engineering focused on data- or AI-driven applications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations for real business problems.
- Deep familiarity with Clay or a comparable enrichment and automation platform, plus the broader GTM technology stack.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker, or similar tools.
- Ability to write scripts and connect systems through APIs and webhooks using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Ability to scope ambiguous stakeholder requests into measurable solutions and ship iteratively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating LLMs or ML into production systems, including RAG and evaluations.
- Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools such as Redshift and Sigma.
