What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customers
- Architect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needs
- Collaborate with customers directly, from technical teams to executives, to scope problems and ship solutions
- Develop performant agentic systems that operate over large corpora of unstructured data
- Work across the stack: backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructure
- Feed product insights back to the core team based on what you learn in the field
What You Have
- Strong programming fundamentals and CS knowledge
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)
- Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple customer engagements
- Excellent communication skills; you can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated grit, previous startup or high-intensity experience valued

$175,000-$290,000
