Technical Programs Manager - Scaled Customer Success

Responsibilities
- Lead weekly technical office hours, monthly deep-dive webinars, and group onboarding demos covering error handling, AI agents, self-hosting at scale, security and governance, and best practices.
- Own the enterprise Slack channel by triaging questions, providing technical guidance, escalating to Product when needed, and turning recurring issues into reusable content.
- Join activation calls to unblock customers with technical implementation issues.
- Partner cross-functionally to build playbooks, reference workflows, integration patterns, security and governance guides, migration guides, and AI-agent patterns.
- Translate recurring questions from office hours and webinars into reusable technical assets.
- Build advanced use-case templates, video tutorials, and technical documentation for automated customer campaigns.
- Build internal n8n automations for health-score triggers, lifecycle alerts, and Slack-to-Vitally synchronization.
- Identify technically fragile customer accounts and intervene on issues such as single points of failure, missing error handling, scaling problems, and brittle credentials.
- Synthesize customer friction points and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Rights to work in Europe or willingness to relocate to Germany.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations and understand how backend systems communicate.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to groups of 50+ engineers, developers, or operations leaders.
- Empathy for builders and developers and a scalable, documentation-first mindset.
- English proficiency; the company language is English.
