What you'll be working on
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound and manage inbound interest
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Advance opportunities through strategic discovery and qualification
- Continuously expand and refine outbound strategy through prospecting and list curation by researching, testing, and prioritizing accounts
- Partner with AEs to seamlessly advance qualified leads through the sales cycle
- Act as Clarion's first voice to the market by representing our mission with credibility and empathy
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven ability to drive cold outreach, run outbound campaigns, and consistently generate pipeline
- Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to craft compelling messaging and confidently engage executives from day one
- Gritty and self-motivated, with a bias toward action, persistence under pressure, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and metrics-driven, constantly focused on execution
- Healthcare interest or experience: You're curious about healthcare workflows and challenges; experience selling into healthcare orgs is a strong plus
- Sales tools fluency: Proficient with CRMs, outreach platforms, Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools
- Excited to work from our NYC office 5 days a week
