Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new, high-quality hosts in the assigned territory while building and managing a strong pipeline.
- Create and deploy scalable strategies to acquire Professional Hosts in the region.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts as a credible market expert.
- Analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Build deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets.
- Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a baseline understanding of technical integrations used by software partners to provide appropriate client support.
- Educate clients on significant product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional, timely service to hosts.
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams to support long-term market success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience.
- Strong B2B sales and new business development experience.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically, with a track record of executing in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Experience building and strengthening relationships with external partners.
- Comfort performing data analysis and making decisions based on results.
- Availability to travel to assigned markets.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives.
- Highly proficient in CRM software.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Charismatic, resourceful, and self-sufficient.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base pay range: €61,000–€72,000 EUR.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
