Responsibilities
- Own paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms, managing seven figures in monthly media spend.
- Build and scale a non-brand experimentation program to unlock incremental, profitable growth.
- Design and run geo tests, holdouts, bid tests, and budget tests to measure incrementality.
- Set account strategy across budget allocation, bidding, audience targeting, impression share, and quality score.
- Lead campaign structuring, keyword and audience strategy, and large-scale keyword architecture across search and display.
- Guide ad copy and creative testing to improve performance.
- Partner with analytics to define reporting frameworks and turn performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Apply analytical thinking to attribution and measurement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on paid search and PPC trends.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in SEM and paid search (PPC).
- Track record managing, optimizing, and scaling seven figures in monthly media spend.
- Experience scaling paid search beyond brand into non-brand growth.
- Hands-on experience designing and interpreting incrementality, geo, holdout, and A/B tests.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including attribution, incrementality, and basic statistics.
- Expertise across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major PPC platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently while influencing and aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work quickly and flexibly as priorities shift.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- BS/BA degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $115,000–$165,000 USD.
- Annual target bonus of 10%, based on individual performance and company/team performance.
