Responsibilities
- Own Meta and emerging paid social channel budgets, CAC efficiency, conversion, and downstream pipeline and revenue across self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Partner with Data and Marketing Operations to improve conversion signals, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and offline conversion tracking.
- Build and execute hypothesis-driven experiments across audiences, bidding strategies, optimization events, landing pages, and creative concepts.
- Develop full-funnel paid social strategies spanning awareness, demand generation, retargeting, conversion, and pipeline.
- Translate performance data into creative hypotheses and partner with Brand and Design to test and scale winning concepts.
- Use first-party data, intent signals, modeled audiences, lookalikes, and platform automation to scale high-value audiences.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing Operations, Field and Events, Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Brand, and Design to connect paid social performance to pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
- Deep hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta as a primary acquisition channel.
- Experience owning a paid social channel end to end, including strategy, budgets, forecasting, campaign architecture, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods, attribution modeling, and down-funnel business impact.
- Experience running full-funnel paid social programs.
- Expertise in audience strategy and platform automation, including first-party audiences, lookalikes, broad targeting, retargeting, and automated campaign products.
- Understanding of Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, attribution, conversion-event strategy, and CRM/offline conversion data.
- Experience building experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding, optimization events, and platform capabilities.
- Strong creative judgment, briefing skills, and ability to translate performance data into creative recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners autonomously.
Nice to Have
- Fintech marketing experience or experience marketing to finance professionals.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or hybrid demand models.
Compensation
- Expected salary range: $131,080–$163,850 base pay.
- Equity and other forms of compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
