Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social Media

Responsibilities
- Own global paid social channel performance across web and app conversion campaigns, subscriptions, and growth KPIs.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, pacing, forecasting, and spend allocation to achieve CPA and ROAS targets.
- Evaluate and pilot new paid social platforms and formats.
- Manage relationships with paid social platform representatives, including beta access, roadmap input, billing, and spend reconciliation.
- Conduct weekly and ad hoc performance analyses using Excel and related tools; diagnose trends and identify opportunities.
- Design and run incrementality tests, including geo holdouts and lift studies.
- Own tracking setup, Conversions API, mobile measurement partner integrations, and app attribution across platforms.
- Build scripts, dashboards, and testing frameworks to improve workflows and analysis.
- Analyze creative performance, provide structured feedback, brief new concepts, and drive iteration.
- Partner with lifecycle/CRM, product, data science, finance, and creative teams on audience strategy, budgets, and measurement.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing conversion-optimized paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
- Strong knowledge of web conversion campaigns, pixels, events, landing-page performance, and full-funnel optimization.
- Experience running global campaigns across multiple geographies and markets.
- Experience with app campaign mechanics and mobile attribution.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, with a track record of proactive performance analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where channels, tools, and strategies evolve.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must work onsite five days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 before equity.
