Responsibilities
- Own paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword and query strategy, bid management, ad copy, negative keywords, and landing-page pairing.
- Own paid social, including LinkedIn Ads audiences, creative testing, bidding, conversion tracking, and lead handoff.
- Manage third-party media and paid distribution, including programmatic display, native, OLV, DOOH, content syndication, and agency/trading-desk relationships.
- Own landing-page performance, CRO testing, demo-request flows, form and gating strategy, and the website as a demand-generation tool.
- Manage channel budgets, reallocation, forecasts, agency spend, and quarterly kill-or-scale recommendations.
- Build full-funnel paid measurement, attribution, event-based tracking, and spend-to-revenue reporting with RevOps and Marketing Operations.
- Use AI workflows and agentic monitoring to increase output and identify performance anomalies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B performance or growth marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of paid budgets and pipeline targets.
- Recent hands-on experience building and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Experience tracing paid spend through MQL, SQL, SQO, and closed revenue.
- Experience with attribution models and event-based tracking, including imperfect data environments.
- In-house CRO and landing-page testing experience.
- Fluency with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Vendor and agency management experience.
- Demonstrable use of AI in paid marketing execution.
- B2B experience with considered, multi-stakeholder sales; professional services, accounting, audit, or fintech experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000–$170,000 salary range.
