Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to drive revenue, new customers, and pipeline for AI and Developer Platform solutions.
- Lead technical discovery and jointly architect best-practice solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing to drive platform revenue and customer adoption.
- Present to strategic customers as a Developer Platform subject-matter expert.
- Align director- and C-level stakeholders on the business and technical value of Cloudflare developer solutions.
- Provide concise customer and market feedback to influence developer content, use cases, customer stories, value propositions, product direction, and roadmap.
- Travel up to 30%.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling or supporting technical sales in cloud computing.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and AI/ML, including production systems combining both.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major public cloud provider, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience designing and deploying production web applications and articulating architectural decisions and trade-offs.
- Full-stack software development experience, preferably with modern JavaScript frameworks, databases, serverless tooling, and coding assistants.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, including branching, versioning, CI/CD, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of key competitors in cloud computing, AI, and storage.
Nice to Have
- Experience building with Cloudflare Workers.
- AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification.
- Experience providing structured customer feedback to influence product direction.
- Current knowledge of cloud-computing industry trends and advancements.
