Responsibilities
- Own enterprise requirements end to end, from security reviews and sales conversations through design and shipped platform capabilities.
- Translate prospect needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.
- Build enterprise security and deployment features, including key management, tenant isolation, compliance integrations, and flexible cloud and on-premises deployment.
- Convert one-off enterprise requests into reusable platform capabilities rather than customer-specific patches.
- Work with founders and core platform engineers to deliver designs.
- Ship the capabilities you design and explain designs to enterprise security teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or cloud security engineering.
- Experience shipping enterprise security capabilities.
- Experience building or operating multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure spanning cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong cloud security and identity and access management fundamentals.
- Proficiency building with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Ability to present designs to enterprise security teams and answer detailed technical questions.
Compensation and Benefits
- $235,000–$260,000 per year.
