Partner Marketing Manager
The first Partner Marketing Manager will build and operate Stuut’s partner marketing engine across private equity, consulting, reseller, and cloud technology ecosystems. The role requires 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, marketplace and co-sell expertise, strong enterprise messaging, and the ability to generate measurable pipeline from zero.

Responsibilities
- Build Stuut’s partner marketing motion from the ground up across private equity, consulting, reseller, hyperscaler, technology, and data-cloud partners.
- Develop joint value propositions, messaging, campaign plans, co-branded collateral, executive briefings, case studies, solution briefs, decks, battlecards, partner web pages, and marketplace listings.
- Enable consulting, advisory, reseller, and partner sales teams with narratives, training, talk tracks, and co-sell materials.
- Own AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, and ServiceNow marketplace motions, including listings, private offers, co-sell registration, and marketplace-sourced pipeline.
- Plan joint demand-generation campaigns, webinars, events, announcements, and launch content.
- Secure, manage, and measure partner marketing and development funds (MDF/PDF).
- Activate and advance partner programs, complete readiness deliverables, and certify partner sellers.
- Drive account mapping and joint pipeline development using tools such as Crossbeam.
- Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, partner NPS, and campaign return.
- Maintain quality standards for co-branded assets produced with partners, contractors, agencies, and AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 or more years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including partner, channel, alliance, or field marketing at high-growth companies.
- Experience selling to finance, operations, or enterprise buyers.
- Experience running co-marketing with private equity, consulting/advisory, reseller, technology/ISV, or systems-integrator partners.
- Demonstrated success with joint campaigns, launches, or programs that generated partner-sourced pipeline.
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure marketplaces, including listings, private offers, co-sell registration, and marketplace-sourced pipeline.
- Understanding of MDF/co-op funds, deal registration, account mapping, co-sell motions, marketplace listings, and partner tiering.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex buying committees.
- Strong writing and messaging skills, including translating technical integrations into executive-level narratives.
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, zero-to-one environment.
- Fluency with AI-powered tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at or alongside a private equity firm, Big 4 or strategy consultancy, or advisory-focused partner.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Marketplace, ServiceNow Store, Snowflake Partner Network, Microsoft Pegasus, or M12.
- Experience with Crossbeam or Reveal.
- Experience marketing finance or order-to-cash transformation solutions.
