Responsibilities
Technical Evangelism & Education
- Build relationships with AWS Solutions Architects, initially focusing on defined verticals and open-source database migration motions.
- Deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content that help AWS Solutions Architects position Supabase.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures showing how Supabase fits with AWS services.
- Partner with AWS Solutions Architects on active opportunities, provide technical support, and feed pipeline intelligence back to the alliance.
Technical Support & Enablement
- Resolve blockers for AWS Solutions Architects working on Supabase implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep technical guidance aligned with platform capabilities.
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and enablement metrics.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Write technical blog posts and case studies demonstrating real-world Supabase implementations.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and AWS-sponsored events.
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce AWS Solutions Architects’ time to fluency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on AWS experience.
- Previous experience working at AWS or as an AWS partner.
- Understanding of AWS Solutions Architects’ incentives, recommendation processes, and partner ecosystem dynamics.
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch.
- Ability to solve real-world problems for developers.
