About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional client retention through proactive relationship management, strategic account planning, and early risk identification across assigned portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded client relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
  • Independently research solutions, analyze options, and present data-driven recommendations for client challenges.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving with teams including Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical.
  • Achieve 100%+ net revenue retention through strategic renewals and expansion opportunities.

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise account management with success managing strategic client relationships (healthcare, benefits, or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple strategic enterprise accounts with 95%+ retention rates.
  • Complex stakeholder management across C-suite, procurement, and operational levels.
  • Experience achieving 100%+ net revenue retention, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience navigating organizational changes (mergers, leadership transitions, budget cuts) while preserving relationships.
  • Working with intermediaries (consultants, brokers, health plans).
  • Conducting competitive analyses and translating complex data into executive presentations.
  • Startup experience for adaptability and ownership mindset.
