HR Operations Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day HR Operations function across the United States.
- Develop and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
- Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational HR matters.
HR Systems & Technology
- Own and optimize the company’s HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PEO and EOR platforms, ATS integrations, and workforce management tools.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and reporting capabilities.
- Lead HR system implementations, enhancements, and process automation initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Workforce Planning & Talent Operations
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans, onboarding readiness, and workforce growth initiatives.
- Support headcount tracking, organizational changes, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees and contractors.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to policies and processes.
- Support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance improvement processes, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with legal counsel and HR leadership on employment-related matters when required.
Benefits Administration
- Oversee administration of employee benefits programs and annual enrollment activities.
- Act as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, carriers, PEOs, EORs, and other HR service providers.
- Support employee communications and resolution of benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with benefit plan requirements and applicable regulations.
Payroll
- Oversee payroll administration and payroll-related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Finance and payroll providers to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
Performance Management
- Administer the company’s performance management processes and systems.
- Ensure performance programs are administered consistently and in accordance with company guidelines.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain workforce metrics and reporting related to headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business and HR decision-making.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Policies & Documentation
- Maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Ensure HR content within company knowledge management systems remains accurate and up to date.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and due diligence requests.
What You’ll Need
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services in a company with over 1000 employees.
- Hands-on experience leading HRIS implementations, system migrations, and full-cycle integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, ATS, performance management, onboarding, and learning management systems.
- Experience supporting U.S. multi-state workforces.
- Experience administering payroll, benefits, HRIS platforms, and compliance programs.
- Experience working with PEOs, EORs, contingent workforce programs, and employment vendors.
- 5+ years experience in a technology, mobility, robotics, AI, Hosting, Telecom, semiconductor manufacturing + high-growth environment preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.
- Expertise in HR operations, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
