Drives enterprise sales of OPSWAT cybersecurity platforms across Southern Europe by developing strategic accounts, managing partners, negotiating complex deals, and exceeding quotas. Responsibilities
- Strategically target business opportunities that leverage high-value use cases in key verticals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell OPSWAT products, solutions, and services and exceed sales quotas.
- Communicate value propositions to clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Use client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies to identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales opportunities.
- Articulate financial ROI and total cost of ownership value throughout the negotiation process.
- Maintain detailed account and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touchpoints, and sales inhibitors.
- Forecast and report revenue projections accurately to management.
- Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience selling technology products and solutions to businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Track record selling complex solutions directly to enterprise customers and through channel or SI partners.
- Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with technology-oriented professionals and senior business executives at the C level.
- Ability to articulate the technical and business value of cybersecurity platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to uncover, qualify, develop, and close new accounts.
- Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal oversight in an ambiguous environment.
- Accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, and security tools.
- Excellent time management, autonomy, and self-direction.
- Competitive, adaptable, and focused on exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to assigned accounts and company meetings.
- Highly ethical and professional conduct.
