About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with home healthcare decision-makers. Consistently exceed quota targets.
  • Run effective discovery and qualification calls to understand prospect needs, buying journey, map key stakeholders and decision process.
  • Own both inbound and outbound leads in Hubspot. Maintain meticulous activity tracking and data hygiene.
  • Master Roger's AI platform value proposition, articulating how it saves clinicians time and improves patient care.
  • Build pipeline for highly engaged opportunities with an average deal size of $50k. Contribute directly to large, meaningful wins.
  • Share frontline market intelligence to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years exceeding quota as BDR/SDR in early-stage startups.
  • Must thrive in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas.
  • Proficient with Hubspot and quick to master new tools.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota through data-driven approaches.
  • Strong at time management and systematic problem-solving.
