Responsibilities
- Serve as the connective tissue between EMEA field teams and central/global AI messaging, establishing an operating cadence with sales, growth, and partner teams to align GTM priorities and execute AI sales motions.
- Partner with EMEA sales leaders and AI/ML specialists to validate messaging against live deals and channel field and customer feedback to product management and global product marketing.
- Build repeatable feedback loops to keep campaigns and assets practical, credible, and grounded in regional deal success.
- Adapt global AI/ML messaging and campaigns into EMEA-ready narratives, accounting for regional buyer priorities, industry nuances, competitive dynamics, data sovereignty, regulatory considerations, and localization needs.
- Build region-specific plays for net-new user acquisition, expansion, and adoption across enterprise and commercial segments.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities for executive, technical, and operational buyers.
- Integrate AI/ML messaging into adjacent product categories and industry GTM motions.
- Create outcome-led EMEA customer stories, reference narratives, and proof points showing business impact from AI/ML deployments.
- Improve the quality and consistency of EMEA AI content across webinars, events, and executive content.
- Evangelize Snowflake’s differentiation on stage and in executive settings.
- Create sales enablement and field-ready assets, including talk tracks, demos, pitch narratives, and enablement packages.
- Define and track KPIs for pipeline contribution, net-new AI user acquisition, consumption and usage growth, and account adoption depth.
- Use in-product usage signals, consumption data, and field feedback to monitor regional AI targets and reallocate investment toward effective plays.
- Report campaign and enablement impact to regional and global leadership, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and consumption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent.
- Subject-matter expertise in data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science, or application development.
- Familiarity with AI assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
- Experience defining and owning regional GTM strategy.
- Ability to create compelling narratives for executive, technical, and operational buyers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to align Sales, Product, and Marketing without direct authority.
- Analytical ability to interpret market signals, customer data, usage metrics, and field feedback.
- Strong technical fluency and evangelism skills, including the ability to understand, demo, and articulate the business value of AI/ML applications.
- Experience driving product adoption and supporting product-led growth motions.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
