Build and deploy customer-specific integrations, workflows, and data solutions for strategic fintech customers while bridging engineering, product, and customer success. Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions, including custom integrations, API endpoints, and workflow changes.
- Design and deploy customer-specific configurations, third-party compliance and identity integrations, and custom data pipelines.
- Own solutions from scoping through production deployment.
- Bring customer insights to product and engineering teams and help shape the roadmap.
- Debug production issues and troubleshoot complex vendor integrations.
- Turn one-off solutions into reusable patterns, internal tooling, documentation, and runbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish, including reading and writing.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, regtech, payments, fraud, or risk detection.
- Familiarity with KYC, KYB, AML, or sanctions-screening workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs at scale.
- Frontend experience with React or TypeScript.
- Experience with ML/AI systems or data-intensive applications.
