Responsibilities
- Shape the Professional Services organization and help develop processes and procedures.
- Scope automation Stories and workflows based on customer requirements, identifying blockers and research needs.
- Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to establish automation roadmaps.
- Determine which customer processes are suitable for automation.
- Partner with Project Managers and Engagement Managers on service validation, project plans, and timelines.
- Demonstrate and wireframe Stories and workflows with customers.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation Stories and workflows in customer Tines tenants using APIs.
- Guide customers through testing, optimization, production readiness, and long-term maintenance.
- Serve as a resident automation engineer and trusted advisor to customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Labs teams.
- Advocate for Professional Services capabilities with Sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions.
- Strong customer-facing and consulting experience.
- Experience advising customers on best practices, architecture, and platform adoption.
- Experience interpreting and applying API documentation.
- Experience with API authentication methods including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Experience using and troubleshooting APIs connecting security and/or IT tools.
- General understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models, including capabilities, limitations, and prompt design.
- Ability to craft and refine prompts for reliable, accurate outputs.
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into customer-specific use cases and advise on AI-driven versus deterministic workflows.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
