Responsibilities
Buyouts
- Execute contractual buyout agreements through DocuSign accurately and on time.
- Coordinate Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations throughout the buyout process.
- Manage the end-to-end buyout workflow, including collecting documentation from previous factors.
- Review and analyze aging reports to inform buyout decisions.
Deal Desk
- Track temporary pricing arrangements across accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage customer promotions, ensuring terms are applied correctly and tracked through completion.
- Analyze customer pricing and support Sales-led retention efforts by identifying relevant pricing levers.
HubSpot and CRM
- Manage and maintain Sales workflows in HubSpot.
- Monitor automations, identify process gaps, and implement fixes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deal data throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Steward CRM data quality and process consistency.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong spreadsheet skills with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and structured data review.
- Experience using project trackers such as Notion or similar tools.
- Data analysis skills, including reviewing aging reports and pricing data and translating findings into action.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail while managing multiple cross-functional workflows.
- Ability to coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations and communicate status and blockers clearly.
- Strong written communication skills for cross-team coordination and process documentation.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in factoring, transportation finance, or freight brokerage.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar contract execution tools.
- Experience supporting or building deal desk, pricing exception, or buyout workflows.
- Experience maintaining or optimizing HubSpot workflows and CRM hygiene at scale.

- Washington salary range: $79,934–$108,000.
