Responsibilities
- Execute integrated regional and field marketing programs across assigned AMER markets in partnership with Sales and regional marketing leadership.
- Develop decision-maker and account-focused programs for executives, business leaders, technical leaders, and strategic enterprise accounts.
- Partner with account teams to understand priorities, buying committees, decision processes, whitespace opportunities, and expansion barriers.
- Support strategies that expand MongoDB usage across enterprise accounts and personas, from developers to C-level executives.
- Support developer groundswell initiatives and track developers enabled in assigned markets.
- Generate programs that contribute to pipeline, account expansion, and net annual recurring revenue; track and report results.
- Conduct market and account research to identify opportunities, audiences, and engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with regional marketing managers and cross-functional AMER partners to align Sales and Marketing plans.
- Track program performance, pipeline influence, ROI, budgets, and spend; optimize programs using performance insights.
- Support flagship events, conferences, regional events, customer experiences, executive experiences, and annual roadshows.
- Manage budgets for assigned programs and markets.
- Travel 30–50% to assigned markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of regional, field, revenue, account-based, or customer marketing experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology.
- Experience developing programs for executive audiences, buying committees, or enterprise decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, metrics-oriented, and ROI measurement skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or partner teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and programs to different audiences.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- U.S. base salary: $70,000–$120,000 USD.
