About the role

Responsibilities

Processes and Technology

  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and implement solutions that streamline workflows.
  • Document processes and best practices so the team can operate without single points of failure.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the existing stack is fully utilized.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.
  • Experience troubleshooting data flow between marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and product systems.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and AI tools such as Claude Cowork or OpenAI Codex.
