Senior Salesforce Developer - CPQ

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable technical solutions across the Quote-to-Cash stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, Zuora Billing and Revenue (RevPro), NetSuite, Vertex, and n8n/MuleSoft integrations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain SOAP/REST integrations between Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and third-party systems using n8n and MuleSoft.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and standard operating procedures for integration health and failure resolution.
• Partner with Product Management, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile, sprint-based environment.
• Deliver applications and support within a SOX compliance and rigorous change-management environment.
• Establish engineering standards focused on reliability, performance, and serviceability.
• Evaluate QTC system releases, product roadmaps, and emerging capabilities such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted order processing.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in cross-team communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience, including Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue company, covering quoting, order processing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with quoting, pricing rules, order generation, and approval workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, tax, and other external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware such as n8n or MuleSoft.
• Understanding of ASC 606, subscription billing, deferred revenue, and accounts-receivable reconciliation.
• Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and/or NetSuite ERP, including general ledger, journal entries, and AR reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, threat modeling, least-privilege access, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit in a source-controlled environment.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and rapid change.
