Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve Zocdoc’s provider-facing website, including CMS configuration, content architecture, and hosting environment management.
- Develop and maintain custom components, templates, and page structures for marketing campaigns and the provider acquisition funnel.
- Manage and optimize Marketo form integrations and lead-capture flows.
- Embed and configure Wistia video assets and ensure site performance.
- Collaborate with designers and product marketing managers on landing pages, content updates, and redesigns.
- Implement front-end changes, tracking code, and experiment variations for A/B testing.
- Conduct cross-browser and device QA, resolve bugs, and identify performance or UX issues.
- Contribute to documentation, code-quality standards, and scalable web development practices.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional web development experience, including ownership of a production CMS-backed marketing site.
- Experience with modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, Prismic, or similar.
- Familiarity with CMS hosting and infrastructure practices, including staging environments, deployment workflows, caching, and CDNs.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive, mobile-first design.
- Experience with backend web development, REST APIs, webhooks, and CMS extensibility patterns.
- Experience integrating marketing technology tools, particularly Marketo and Wistia.
- Ability to debug cross-browser and performance issues and implement effective fixes.
- Strong communication, scoping, estimation, and independent execution skills.
