Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and end-to-end implementation of complex recovery features, including granular and bulk recovery workflows.
• Design and build reliable components for real-time recovery systems that capture deletion events, scale data restoration, and expose recovery status.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences such as recovery dashboards, bulk restore flows, and audit views.
• Solve relationship-restoration and state-consistency challenges involving group memberships, app assignments, and device enrollments.
• Implement secure Syslog logging and tracking for recovery operations.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and technical leads to define scope and milestones across the stack.
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve observability, logging, and metrics.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated unit, integration, and UI testing, and technical documentation.
• Mentor intermediate and junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling reliable, production-grade full-stack applications.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building modern component-based web UIs with React and TypeScript, including state management, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Experience with distributed-system patterns, asynchronous job processing, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and caching systems such as Redis.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.
• Ability to independently break down ambiguous requirements into scalable software designs.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IAM standards including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, or directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience with retry strategies, circuit breakers, and rate limiting.
• Experience with feature-flagging frameworks and gradual or canary deployments.
• Experience with queueing systems or message brokers such as Kafka.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and cross-browser or responsive UI testing.
