About the job
Responsibilities

- Treat the Deployments team as a core customer by identifying manual work that should be automated and building high-quality tooling.
- Balance deployment-team effort with tooling and automation to improve customer time-to-live.
- Translate union contracts and workplace regulations into precise, testable product requirements that work across customers.
- Conduct customer discovery during implementations, including onsite work in customer systems with IT and operations teams.
- Partner with GTM and Deployments to anticipate upcoming needs and shape the roadmap accordingly.
- Define configurable product surfaces, mapping tools, and workflow primitives so customer variation can be handled through configuration rather than custom code.

- Technical understanding of enterprise integrations.
- Experience working directly with customers during implementation, including in their operating environment.
- Experience prioritizing roadmaps amid active go-to-market pressure and resisting one-off builds that do not support scalable product development.
