Responsibilities
- Own the developer dashboard, including signup, app creation, first key, first API call, usage and compute-unit visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and developer observability.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience across documentation, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of integration.
- Lead product-led growth from documentation through first API call, first paid workload, and scaled production spend.
- Own the developer and agent experience, including the MCP server, agent skills, and machine-readable documentation for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Build and operate A/B testing and holdout tooling; run pricing, packaging, and onboarding experiments.
- Analyze warehouse data, build funnels, identify cohort behavior, audit instrumentation, and communicate findings to executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, documentation, marketing, sales, finance, and product teams.
- Conduct customer discovery, participate in support channels, and explain integrations and pricing to technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Deep experience with developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Direct ownership of a developer-facing dashboard or console.
- Proven product-led growth leadership and experience owning a self-serve funnel at scale.
- Strong experimentation and statistical testing practice, including test sizing and distinguishing meaningful lifts from random variation.
- Advanced analytical ability, including data modeling, instrumentation auditing, and data-quality investigation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
- Customer-facing communication skills and technical fluency with APIs, AI agents, and code.
