Responsibilities
- Champion internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking, synthesize meeting data across time zones, and accelerate project documentation and status reports.
- Travel domestically up to 25% to lead critical kickoff meetings, conduct steering committee reviews, and build relationships with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.
- Establish and manage relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers.
- Define and analyze project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes before customer alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, map dependencies, and schedule activities across multiple time zones.
- Track concurrent workstreams and deadlines to ensure commitments are met.
- Deliver documented project updates to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks and localized issues, escalating when necessary.
- Use project management systems, tools, and methodologies while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Close projects to support revenue recognition and review global lessons learned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, ideally managing global IT software and SaaS deployments.
- Experience using AI-powered tools, generative AI tools, project management software, or predictive analytics to improve resource scheduling, risk forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with structured project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on budget and on time while meeting or exceeding project revenue targets.
- Strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and international deadlines.
- Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience with commercial decision-making and project profitability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams.
- High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
