Senior level

Develop, test, and deploy code for prototypes and new product features.

Requirements

Senior level

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in full-stack development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular and/or back-end technologies such as Node.js or Spring Boot.
Understanding of database fundamentals, including SQL or NoSQL.
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and solve problems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
An effective agentic coding operating model leveraging skills, MCP, and LLMs for AI-assisted coding.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve problems independently.

Staff level

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Proficiency across modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience building applications with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and/or back-end frameworks such as Node.js or Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL or NoSQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Effective communication skills for technical discussions.
Mastery of an agentic coding operating model, including advanced development tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LLMs, to accelerate AI-assisted development.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve problems independently.

Nice-to-haves
