Responsibilities
- Architect the Brand Studio operating ecosystem by engaging cross-functional partners early and turning ambiguous requests into clear, sequenced workstreams.
- Build and maintain a company-visible Brand Studio roadmap, prioritizing work according to business importance, creative opportunity, team capacity, and tradeoffs.
- Establish the conditions for effective creative execution by defining business needs, aligning stakeholders, and framing problems before work reaches creative leaders.
- Build and evolve intake processes, alignment frameworks, communication rhythms, and other operational infrastructure that scales with the team.
- Make Brand Studio processes, roadmap status, and partnership expectations transparent across the company.
- Own the Brand Studio budget, agency and external production partnerships, procurement processes, delivery standards, and accounting structures with Finance.
- Lead, hire, develop, and delegate to producers and operations professionals while setting team culture and standards.
- Identify emerging brand-level initiatives and shape ambiguous ideas into clear outcomes.
- Represent Brand Studio with senior leadership, communicating priorities, direction, impact, and investment tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in brand operations, creative operations, or creative program management, including building function-level operational systems.
- 5+ years managing producers, program managers, or operations professionals, with demonstrated talent development and production capability building.
- Experience shaping workstreams and clarifying business needs before creative briefs are written.
- Experience owning an annual creative roadmap, including prioritization, capacity planning, and tradeoff communication with senior leadership.
- Experience building scalable intake, prioritization, and partner communication systems.
- Experience managing significant budgets and developing transparent accounting structures with Finance.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including influencing without authority.
- People management skills focused on delegation, direct feedback, and developing team judgment.
- Experience incorporating AI into team workflows and driving measurable adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an in-house creative studio or brand team with familiarity across the creative production lifecycle.
- Experience building or rebuilding a brand operations function at scale.
- Experience managing global creative agencies and external production partnerships from procurement and onboarding through delivery.
- Understanding of brand, marketing, and product operations within a technology company.
- Experience building roadmaps, dashboards, or partner-facing systems that provide visibility into creative capacity and priorities.
- Experience creating creative process standards, playbooks, or partnership guidelines that became institutional infrastructure.
